Safeguarding and Welfare

The welfare of members and safeguarding young people is paramount in the running and organising of all Wychwood Ladies Hockey Club events. If you have any welfare concerns or wish to enquire about the clubs ‘hardship fund’, then please contact the Club's Welfare Officer, Claudia Kemsley at wychwood.welfare@gmail.com

Code of Conduct and Constitution

Wychwood Ladies Hockey Club expect all of our members to agree to and conduct themselves in line with England Hockey's Code of Ethics and Behaviour policy (also known as the Respect document) as well as the clubs constitution. 

Data Protection

GDPR refers to those who own and control the data and anyone who processes data on behalf of the owners. 

Wychwood Ladies Hockey Club strive to ensure that we are following all of the England Hockey requirements and guidelines for returning to play in order to make both training and matches safe. 

Covid-19

Our Covid Officer, Courtney Smith, has worked alongside the committee to develop our policies in order to ensure a safe return to play for all participants. it is advised that all participants and visiting opposition read the COVID-19 risk assessment which you can find below.
